I love that handsome little boy already. I'm so glad that everything went well. Some of the news emanating from Georgia this week was worrisome, but here he is looking healthy and --somewhat -- loud. You did a fine job, Stephen and Kellie, and I'm sure you must be thinking the nine-month wait wasn't so long and wasn't so bad after all. I know from my own experience that your memory of this day will never leave you.

No Fair! My computer was down last night because of weather (sattelite!) I was going to say all of the above comments! Let me add how happy I am that everything went well for you. He's a beautiful baby!! Barrett's hair looks light, what color is it? I also noticed that he looks a little like his Uncle David? They grow so fast, enjoy every minute of it!
I just had a second look at the pictures, I have to revise something. Barrett looks like his Paw-Paw, grandpa, gramps, Paw? What is he going to call you guys?
He's definitely got the Clayton mouth.
Congratulations to you both, Stephen and Kellie! Welcome, baby Barrett. You have lots of cousins to play with! Luke is only 16 months older- Joe and Jackson have a beautiful friendship with about a 15 month difference between them. And then Christina will have a baby for him to play with in July! I agree with Katie, he looks a little like David Clayton. Beautiful little man!

Since I only have a computer at work I had to wait until this morning to see your new beautiful arrival. He is beautiful!!!! I am so excited for you two. CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! In the pictures on the blog I think Barrett looks a lot like Grandpa Scott but I can't wait to pull out the pictures I have of Stephen as a baby. I have a feeling he looks like his Daddy too. I can't wait to see and hold him.
Barrett weighed 6 lbs. 2 oz. and was 19-3/4". Stephen and Kellie were relieved that he was over 6 lbs. If he had been less than 6 lbs. he would not have been allowed to stay in the room with them. I hope to go over there for a quick visit tonight. I have only seen/held him twice and I feel I am entitled to a little more than that since they live so close to me!
